Featured Artist: Heather Nagy

About The Artist:

Heather Nagy is an accomplished fine artist residing in Orlando, Florida. She grew up in Michigan, where she earned her BFA from Western Michigan University. Upon graduation, Heather spent a year in Asia before moving to Central Florida in 2000. She practiced graphic design for many years before transitioning to a full-time professional artist in 2018. She enjoys playing games and exploring new and familiar places with her husband and two grown children. 

Her vibrantly colored impressionist landscapes and botanical paintings invite the viewer to slow down and enjoy the world around them. She says you can find beauty anywhere if you slow down to look for it, and when we encounter beauty, we find a renewal of hope. Heather’s cheerful artwork has been shown at numerous galleries, festivals, and venues in Florida and beyond. Her work has been collected by art lovers around the country and beyond.
