About The Green Room at 831
The Green Room at 831 is a welcoming home for artists, designers, collectors, and anyone who simply enjoys beautiful things.
It exists as a place where stories are told and written, artwork is seen and shared, and creative lives are supported. Whether you’re just starting out or have been creating for years.
At its core, the Green Room is about connection. A space to meet like-minded people, discover work that moves you, and spend time with art in a way that feels relaxed and human.
Here, you’ll find:
- An online art gallery featuring original work and prints
- Published art books inspired by the coast and collected living
- A growing creative community centered around support, visibility, and shared inspiration
Everything in the Green Room is guided by a love for the coast. Its colors, its pace, and the way it brings people together.
If you’re here to create, collect, explore, or simply look around, you’re welcome in the room.

The Meaning Behind “The Green Room at 831”
In surfing, the green room is the inside of a breaking wave. It's a magical, peaceful, and wild space all at the same time.
“At 831” was added intentionally. It’s not a street address, but it’s meant to feel like one. A place. A room you can return to. Somewhere familiar.
Together, the name reflects what this space is meant to be:
A room you’re invited into. A gathering point.

Who is Tianna?

Hi, I’m Tianna, the founder and host behind The Green Room at 831.
I spent five years working in the interior design world, but I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember. I’ve explored just about every creative outlet over the years, painting, sewing, ceramics, jewelry making, but painting is the one that always stayed with me.
I love making art, but I love looking at art just as much. I’m the kind of person who can get lost on Pinterest for far too long, saving spaces, colors, and ideas that eventually find their way into my work and this space.
Outside the Green Room, I’m a mom to a toddler who’s already covered in paint more often than not. Sharing creativity with him as he grows has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life, and something that continues to shape how I see art and community.
Travel has also played a huge role in my creative world. I grew up in California, have lived in Wilmington, North Carolina, and now call Lakeland, Florida home. I also spent a year living abroad in Spain, traveling throughout Europe, and continue to draw inspiration from Spain and Portugal. Their colors, pace, and way of life.
The Green Room at 831 brings all of that together: art, interiors, travel, community, and a lifelong love of creating and collecting what inspires us.
