About The Green Room
A coastal lifestyle magazine celebrating artists, interiors, and creative living inspired by the sea.

The Green Room at 831 is where artists, interiors, and creative living all come together.
Every season, we curate artwork, stories, and inspiring spaces into publications designed to be collected, shared, and enjoyed long after the last page is turned. Along the way, we celebrate the artists behind the work and create opportunities for them to be discovered.
Whether you're submitting your art, collecting beautiful books, or simply looking for inspiration, there's a place for you here.
Here, you'll discover:
- Seasonal magazines celebrating artists, interiors, and coastal living
- Beautifully curated coffee table books featuring artists from around the world
- Opportunities to submit your work and be featured
- A creative community connected by a love of color, art, and the coast
Everything we create is inspired by the sea. Not just its scenery, but the creativity, curiosity, and joy it inspires.
Welcome to The Green Room.
The Meaning Behind “The Green Room at 831”

In surfing, the green room is the inside of a breaking wave. It's a magical, peaceful, and wild space all at the same time.
“At 831” was added intentionally. It’s not a street address, but it’s meant to feel like one. A place. A room you can return to. Somewhere familiar.
Together, the name reflects what this space is meant to be:
A room you’re invited into. A gathering point. And a place that makes you feel inspired.

Meet Tianna

Hi! I’m Tianna, the founder behind The Green Room at 831.
I spent five years working in the interior design world, but I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember. I’ve explored just about every creative outlet over the years, painting, sewing, ceramics, jewelry making, but painting is the one that always stayed with me.
I love making art, but I love looking at art just as much. I’m the kind of person who can get lost on Pinterest for far too long, saving spaces, colors, and ideas that eventually find their way into my work and this space.
Outside the Green Room, I’m a mom to a toddler who’s already covered in paint more often than not. Sharing creativity with him as he grows has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life, and something that continues to shape how I see art and community.
Travel has also played a huge role in my creative world. I grew up in California, have lived in Wilmington, North Carolina, and now call Lakeland, Florida home. I also spent a year living abroad in Spain, traveling throughout Europe, and continue to draw inspiration from Spain and Portugal. Their colors, pace, and way of life.
The Green Room at 831 brings all of that together: art, interiors, travel, community, and a lifelong love of creating and collecting what inspires us.
