Return Policy

At The Green Room at 831, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and absolutely love the art you bring into your home.

Prints

Prints may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The print must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• You must email us at thegreenroomat831@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thegreenroomat831@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Original artwork, gift cards, and any final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
