Melissa is a Florida girl at heart and spent most of her life surrounded by marshes, coastal landscapes, and the beauty of the “Old South.” She recently moved to Connecticut, but her work is still deeply rooted in the places that shaped her. She paints with acrylics and focuses on birds, florals, and landscapes, often inspired by serene marsh scenes and beauty in nature.
